Ciel of Cedar Mill is a warm and welcoming community offering both Assisted Living and Memory Care, located in Portland, Oregon. Residents enjoy the benefits of an urban community while being surrounded by nature parks just a few minutes away, such as Portland Japanese Garden and Washington Park, residents enjoy nature’s beauty with the conveniences of city amenities just minutes away.

Residents receive personalized assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. On-call assistance is available 24/7 and each individual care plan is customized to fit the needs of our residents.

Our trained caregivers provide our residents a personalized approach to care.
